Australian businesses are billed in Australian dollars, plus GST. Everyone else is billed in US dollars.
AI pricing – Intelligence
Widrow isn’t an AI. It’s the platform your business uses to govern AI. You bring your own AI account; today that’s OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Anthropic (Claude). You’re never locked in, and you can switch at any time, whether because one becomes cheaper or for any other reason.
Your AI accounts: you are paying for intelligence and reasoning. Tokens are intelligence. The reasoning behind every answer runs on your own OpenAI or Anthropic account, and you pay that provider directly for what you use at cost (we add no margin). The same goes for the other accounts your employees can use: image generation (Google Gemini or OpenAI), web search and retrieval (Tavily or Brave) and voice (Google or OpenAI). Widrow adds nothing to those bills; they come from the source.
Widrow Tiers explained
Every tier is the whole of Widrow: every Digital Employee, every capability, your whole team, with no seat charges. The tiers differ in one thing only: how much monthly processing and storage is included, and that is measured solely on your business’s usage. Two things drive it:
- How much data is stored and processed in your company’s digital brain.
- How many people are working with their personal assistant each day, together with the work the Digital Employees do for them: scheduled tasks, email triage, Carol’s content creation, and the marketing team’s prospecting, outreach and campaigns.
A business with ten active people uses far less than one with a hundred, and a thousand use more again. It is all business usage, by the people in your company: you pay for processing activity the way you pay your AI provider for tokens, by what you use, never by what you are allowed to do.
Your Widrow Approved Partner recommends a tier from the assessment of your data and your team. A busy month is a top-up, not a tier change, and you move up only when your usage shows it.
Busy month? Top up — don’t change tier
If a big month uses up your included usage, you add prepaid top-up blocks of $10, $20, $50 or $100 — at face value, so $10 buys exactly $10 of usage. No forced tier upgrades, no surprise overage rates.
Never cut off mid-conversation
If your included usage does run out, background work (content runs, research sweeps, syncs) pauses until you top up or the month rolls over — but your website chat and your staff assistant keep working. We warn you (and your partner) at 80% and again at 100%, so nothing is a surprise.
What about setup and ongoing support?
Widrow charges no setup fee. Your Widrow Approved Partner is their own business and you will be their client. They will assess your business, and quote you for their professional services. Read why Widrow can only be purchased through an approved partner.
A partner engagement includes but is not limited to:
- Assessment — how your business runs, where time is lost, which Digital Employees earn their keep first, who signs off and which tier fits.
- Knowledge — auditing what your website and documents actually say, filling the gaps that would make Joe guess, connecting your sources and filing them into vaults and access tiers.
- Governance — roles, permissions, budgets, approvals and escalation set to how your business actually runs.
- Connections — your own AI accounts, and your CRM, mail, calendar and other apps, connected and permissioned.
- Configuration — the plugin connected and styled to your site, each Digital Employee given its name, voice and purpose, schedules and delivery set for the ones that run on their own.
- Rollout — employees switched on in priority order, not all at once, each tested live before the next.
- Your people — onboarding and training for the staff who will work with them, and a handover with everything written down.
- Ongoing — support as the business uses it, reviewing what the employees could not answer and fixing it, custom skills for the work only your business does, and changes as the business changes.
