Widrow — frequently asked questions

Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

No. Generic AI knows everything and nothing about you. Widrow’s Digital Employees are grounded in your business — your documents, your website, your conversations and your Market Memory. The answers are specific because the knowledge is yours.

What does it cost?

Tiers: AUD $150 Small / $250 Medium / $350 Large per month (+GST in Australia), Enterprise on application. One price for your whole business, no seat charges: 1 person or 1,000 in your business, the price is the same. Your tier pays for processing and storage (indexing, search, storage, security), measured solely on your business’s usage: how much data is stored and processed in your digital brain, and how many people work with their personal assistant each day, including the scheduled work, email triage, content and marketing the Digital Employees do for them. Intelligence runs on your own AI accounts, paid direct to the providers for the tokens you use. Usage beyond your tier is metered at provider rates with zero margin, busy months are covered by $10–$100 prepaid top-ups, and your AI accounts are bring-your-own-key, paid direct to the vendors. Who sets it up?

Your Widrow Approved Partner scopes your business needs, configures Widrow to meet them and supports you, and Sam — the Setup Assistant — handles the on-site configuration conversationally. You don’t need in-house technical staff.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your Company Knowledge is vaulted for your business’s use — it grounds your Digital Employees and is never used to train outside models.

What happens when Joe doesn’t know an answer?

He says so honestly, offers to connect the visitor with a human, and the gap is captured — unanswered questions become the next thing your knowledge base documents. The system heals its own gaps.

Do I need all the Digital Employees?

The roster works as a team, but engagement is shaped to your business — your partner will scope what matters first. Most businesses start with Joe on the website, Suzie for the team, and the Scout–Oscar prospecting pair.

What do I actually have to do?

Direct it. You stay in charge: you or someone on your team reviews what the Digital Employees produce, approves outreach and content, and makes the calls. The doing is what they are for.
